Description

The Autopilot electronic control unit (ECU) detects the cabin camera (selfie cam) has low cabin illumination levels. Low quality data from the cabin camera may limit or make unavailable some Autopilot features.

Cause

The Autopilot ECU detects a condition affecting the cabin illumination. This means an error occurs during cabin camera operation which results in the IR LED not functioning as expected. Also occurs when the IR LED is blocked such that IR reflections are not captured by the cabin camera.

Clear condition

Clears when the Autopilot ECU detects adequate cabin illumination levels via the cabin camera.
