The vehicle controller detects the front trunk (also known as the frunk) sensor requires service as a condition affecting functionality has been detected on one or more of the frunk latch switches.

Cause

May set due to any of the following: (1) both latch switches on the frunk sensor are pressed; (2) both latch switches on the frunk sensor are not pressed; (3) one or more of the frunk latch switches on the frunk sensor are shorted, disconnected, or in an indeterminate voltage range.

Clear condition

The frunk latch sensor is serviced or the frunk latch switches operate within the expected range without experiencing a condition affecting functionality.
